all the staff welcome warmly and they listen carefully to your requests specially the manager willing to satisfy, they are all properly trained.It is well located close to the center and taking a walk is actually simple. the breakfast is diversified and good, I do believe for such quality , the price is nice and fit perfectly.

I was very nice stay. Staff was wonderfully helping us. Specially night staff when we are checking out. The gat taxi for us and the manager went with us to the airport to assist with the luggage. I am very pleased and i recommend the hotel for everyone visiting Addis Ababa. Thank you all hotel satff

The stuff is fantastic, all the people at reception are very helpful. The breakfast was good.also it is value for money.there is free transfet from and to the airport We defently recoment it

Very clean, fast wifi and helpful staff except for the male receptionist who treated me like un-welcomed guest when I was checking out. I never met this guy until then. I don’t know what was wrong with this guy.

Nice business quality hotel, similar would be 150 to 200 Euro a night in European capitals. Big rooms, big comfortable beds, helpful professional staff, varied breakfast, and the balcony is a nice touch.
